So in this article, we’ll look at why we think they’re successful and easy ways you can replicate their success.

Disclaimer: As we don’t know the exact expenses for each store, we don’t truly know that the stores are successful. However, based on our experience, cost estimations, and revenue and sales data, we can guess that all 20 of the stores are profitable and, therefore, successful.

1. Dangle It - Custom Air Fresheners

Dangle It sells custom air fresheners. 

Customers can choose a scent and upload an image to create a personalized air freshener. 

We found Dangle It using the Product Database tool and added the store to our Sales Tracker. Dropship shows that the store has generated 4,647 sales in the last 30 days, with an estimated revenue of $60,356.53.

Using the Search on AliExpress button, we can see that suppliers are listing custom air fresheners for $1 to $5. This gives Dangle It an estimated profit of $7.99 to $11.99 before fees.

Why do we think Dangle It is successful? 

  • Custom Product with Low Order Quantity - Dangle It is a custom product that allows users to order just one piece. This gives Dangle It an advantage over its competitors, who require customers to meet a minimum spend.
  • Affordable Price - $12.99 for a custom product is pretty affordable. At this price, potential customers are more likely to part with their money.
  • Reviews - The Dangle It website has an entire page of reviews from happy customers. Dropship’s Chrome extensions allow us to spy on the Shopify apps a store is using. We can see that Dangle It uses Loox for its reviews. If you like the way Dangle It displays its reviews, add Loox to your own Shopify store.
  • Sleek and Professional Website Design - Dangle It is easy to navigate, and choosing an air freshener is simple. The website looks clean, inviting, and trustworthy, which is super important for a high conversion rate.
  • Scent Guarantee - Adding a guarantee to a site is a great way to ease potential customers' minds. It can also increase the purchase rate as customers know they can easily request a refund if they are unhappy with the product.
  • Social Media Presence - Dangle It has over 100,000 Instagram followers, so it can easily and freely promote its products to its existing audience. The followers and media presence gives the brand social proof and builds its identity. This is crucial for creating a trustworthy brand.

2. Venty Fan - Portable Folding Fan

Venty Fan sells a portable folding fan. 

The fan folds flat to travel with and can extend to 3.5 feet. It has a strong battery that can last up to 48 hours and also doubles as a power bank.

We found Venty Fan using the Product Database tool and added the store to our Sales Tracker. Dropship shows that the store has generated 4,571 sales in the last 30 days, with an estimated revenue of $337,654.29. 

The Sales Tracker also shows that 201 other Dropship users are tracking the store, suggesting it’s a product other dropshippers are interested in selling.

Why do we think Venty Fan is successful?

  • Unique Design - The Venty Fan isn’t a readily available design on AliExpress. This makes it harder for others to sell the same product. To sell the Venty Fan, you would need to find a supplier to custom-make the product.
  • Multi-Functional Product - The Venty Fan is multiple fans in one. The extending stand means customers can use the fan at 3 inches or 3 feet. This makes it versatile and helps justify the cost.
  • Multi-Use - Not only is the Venty Fan a fan, but it is also a light and portable phone charge. These additional features make it more appealing to a broader audience.
  • Shipping Promotion - Order two fans and get free shipping. This is a great incentive for customers to double their spend. 
  • Reviews - Venty Fans has almost 2000 reviews on its site, and Dropship’s Chrome extension shows that Venty Fans is using Judge.me for product reviews. Reviews are reassuring and give the product credibility and help increase conversions.
  • Warranty and Money Back Guarantee - Purchasing from Venty Fans is risk-free. If something goes wrong with the product, customers can easily return it and receive a complete refund. This gives customers peace of mind when they’re making a purchase.
  • As Seen On - Venty Fans has a section that shows it's trusted by other well-known brands. When a potential Venty Fans customer sees that an established and recognized brand, like Good Housekeeping, trusts the product they’re interested in, they’re more likely to trust the brand too.
  • Discount - The sales page lists 30% off, from $99.99 to $69.99. Offering a discount on the product can push customers to purchase the product quicker, for fear of missing out on a deal.

3. The Effortless Pants - Tailored Wide Leg Pants

The Effortless Pants sells one pair of pants (or trousers) in three colors, seven sizes, and two lengths. 

The pants appear to be a replica of the famous Aritzia pants. 

The name, The Effortless Pants, is trademarked by Artizia. So we wouldn’t recommend creating replicas without seeking legal advice on what exactly is trademarked. 

We found The Effortless Pants using the Product Database tool and added the store to our Sales Tracker. Dropship shows that the store has generated 5,370 sales between May 17th, 2023, and June 17th, 2023, with an estimated revenue of $160,885.20.

The Sales Tracker also tells us that the store was created recently in April 2023. This shows how quickly the store gained momentum and the potential demand available. 

However, the sales have since declined, but we believe this is because the store has stopped taking orders.

Why do we think The Effortless Pants were successful?

  • Time Restricted Sale - The top of the website displays a 50% off sale ending tonight. This creates buyer urgency and encourages shoppers to order straight away rather than thinking about it and returning to purchase at another time. 
  • Badges - Badges are recognizable and stand out to potential customers. The visual image of a badge is easier to identify than when displayed in a text format. They make the business appear professional, which can be reassuring for potential customers.
  • Cheap Alternative - Although we said we wouldn’t recommend selling a replica product, this is likely why the site has such high sales. People are always looking for an alternative to an expensive product. 

4. Hulken - Large Bag on Wheels

Hulken is a massive bag on wheels that comes in three colors and folds flat for easy storage. It can also hold up to 66lb.

It’s stylish and practical, making it suitable for various things, including grocery shopping, laundry, running errands, and carrying tons of heavy stuff. Several product images show hair stylists and makeup artists using the bags to travel with their kit.

We found Hulken using the Product Database tool and added the store to our Sales Tracker. Dropship shows that the store has generated 4,644 sales in the last 30 days, with an estimated revenue of $441,818.56.

Why do we think Hulken is successful?

  • Shipping Promotion - Hulken offers free shipping on all orders over $120. The most expensive Hulken costs $99, encouraging customers to buy more than one item and pushing up the cart cost.
  • Social Media Presence - Hulken has over 58,000 followers on Instagram, and the TikTok videos have hundreds of thousands of views, with one video having 1.9 million views. Social media is a great way to generate interest, demonstrate the product, and convert sales.
  • Blog - The blog has posts on a variety of things, like Christmas gift guides and must-have TikTok items. These articles can generate traffic and interest in the site and convert the traffic into customers.
  • How to Use Hulken Pages - There are pages with explainer videos on how to fold and secure the bag. Providing detailed product information can increase the customer's experience. It can also reduce the likelihood of a customer returning the product as there are fewer surprises when it arrives.
  • Corporate Gifting - There is a 20% discount on orders over 20 pieces. Hulken positions itself as a gift for clients or employees. Offering a discount on bulk purchases can help increase sales and promote larger orders.
  • Affiliate Program - Hulken has an affiliate program that gives affiliates $7.5 for every sale they refer. This is a great way to incentivize customers to promote the product and can help generate sales.

5. Wild Dose - Bloating Medication

Wild Dose is a natural remedy to reduce bloating and provide gas relief. It can be taken when needed or daily. Users can take up to 6 capsules per day.

They sell blister packs of 20 capsules and bottles of 60 capsules.

We found Wild Dose using the Product Database tool and added the store to our Sales Tracker. Dropship shows that the store has generated 4,251 sales in the last 30 days, with an estimated revenue of $98,168.11.

Why do we think Wild Dose is successful?

  • Award Winner and Press - Wild Dose has a Wellness Award badge on the site and press mentions, including Glamour and Cosmopolitan.

Many potential customers will find the brand through the press and trust the publication's review, which can help encourage purchases.

  • Free Shipping over £30 - The most expensive pack option costs £26 on Wild Dose, and shipping is free over £30. Offering a shipping discount can help encourage shoppers to buy more than one pack.
  • Subscriptions - We love subscriptions! They’re a win for both sellers and customers. They save customers money as a discount is available on the subscription, and it ensures that the customers never run out of product. 

For sellers, subscriptions are an easy way to generate recurring revenue. Wild Dose allows customers to choose the interval for the subscription delivery. This can be useful for customers who don’t want to commit to a monthly subscription.

  • Real Before and After - The before and after photos speak for themselves. It’s easy to see the effects of the product and how it works. The images are dramatic and impressive and help potential customers see the results they can expect.
  • Product Available in Stores - Wild Dose is sold in several established stores, including Whole Foods and John Bell & Croyden. This gives the brand credibility and builds trust for potential customers.
  • Social Media with Exclusive Discounts - Wild Dose posts frequently on both TikTok and Instagram. They also have a 10% discount code on their TikTok. This is a great way to take traffic from social media to a website.

6. Shoulder Reliever - Shoulder Exerciser and Shoulder Strap

Shoulder Reliever is a simple exercise solution and a shoulder strap. It aims to strengthen shoulders and ease pain during the night. 

We found Shoulder Reliever using the Product Database tool and added the store to our Sales Tracker. Dropship shows that the store has generated 1,785 sales in the last 30 days, with an estimated revenue of $339,132.15.

Why do we think Shoulder Reliever is successful?

  • Patent Pending - A pending patent can deter other sellers from copying a product and ensure that potential customers can only shop from Shoulder Reliever.
  • Doctor Invented and Approved - A family doctor created the product, and this is clearly shown on the site with both images and information. A medically approved product makes potential customers feel like they can trust it.
  • Free US Shipping - Shipping costs often cause shoppers to abandon their carts as they haven’t foreseen the hidden costs. Offering free shipping can help reduce the cart abandonment rate.
  • Blog - Shoulder Reliver has a blog written by Dr Michael Carroll. The blog has articles about relieving shoulder pain and other relevant topics. Creating a blog can bring outside traffic to the store.
  • Interest-Free Payments - Shoulder Reliever has a variety of payment options, giving shoppers a flexible way to pay. One of the payment options includes interest-free installments. This can encourage users to purchase higher-ticket products as they seem more affordable.
  • Badges and Guarantees - Shoulder Reliver has a money-back guarantee and offers other benefits. The benefits are displayed as badges under the buy button. These badges can reassure customers that their purchase is safe, and customers can easily return the product if they’re not satisfied.

7. Ergo Driven - Standing Desk Mat

Ergo Driven sells the Topo Desk Mat. It is a mat designed to be stood on while working at a standing desk.

The product is popular on Amazon and also generates sales through its website. 

We found Ergo Driven using the Product Database tool and added the store to our Sales Tracker. Dropship shows that the store has generated 3,126 sales in the last 30 days, with an estimated revenue of $247,714.00.

Why do we think Ergo Driven is successful?

  • Amazon - The Topo Mat is sold on Amazon and has almost 6,000 reviews. This gives potential customers an additional way to find and purchase the product. Ergo Driven can also run ads on Amazon to generate traffic and use Amazon Pay on their Shopify store.
  • Recognized by Established Brands - Ergo Driven has credit from other brands like Forbes. Forbes mentioning the brand can draw in new customers and allow those customers to feel like they can trust the brand.
  • Market - The world moved to home working during the pandemic, and many people still work from home. 

The Chrome extension tells us that the Topo Desk Mat was created in 2016. This suggests that when sales inevitably increased in 2020, the brand was established enough to handle a large volume of orders.

  • Clean and Sleek Website - Ergo Driven’s website has a clean and sleek look. This makes it easy to navigate and makes it appear trustworthy and safe to make a purchase.

8. Inergize - Cold Plunge Tub

Inergize sells portable cold plunge tubs. The tub can be transported in a backpack and set up in under 15 minutes. 

It’s perfect for athletes and top performers to take on the go. It includes a chiller to maintain a cold temperature which is controlled by an app.

We found Inergize using the Product Database tool and added the store to our Sales Tracker. Dropship shows that the store has generated 46 sales in the last 30 days, with an estimated revenue of $220,640.00.

Why do we think Inergize is successful?

  • Comparison Table - A table on the Inergize website compares its products against its biggest competition. It’s an easy visual way to highlight the product's benefits and why customers should buy from Inergize rather than its competition.
  • Email Marketing and Discount - Inergize offers a $100 discount by providing an email address. This incentivizes customers to buy and allows Inergize to join them to an email list. 

The Dropship Google Chrome extension shows that Inergize uses Klaviyo for email marketing. Once customers join the email list, it’s easy to engage with them and drive sales.

  • Ads - The Chrome extension allows us to spy on the Facebook and Instagram ads that Inergize is running. We can see several active ads and versions of the ads. We expect that these are generating the majority of the site traffic.
  • Reviews - The product is rated five stars and displays good customer reviews and images. The reviews allow potential customers to see others' experiences with the product and help them feel comfortable buying.

9. Trandive - Slides

Trandive is a German dropshipping store that sells slides in various colors. 

The slides are similar to the popular Yeezy slides. 

We found Trandive using the Product Database tool and added the store to our Sales Tracker. Dropship shows that the store has generated 1,531 sales in the last 30 days, with an estimated revenue of $51,368.00.

Why do we think Trandive is successful?

  • Dropshipping - We can spy on the apps that Trandive has installed on its Shopify store using the Dropship Chrome extension. It shows that DSers - AliExpress Dropshipping is installed.
  • This suggests that Trandive is a dropshipping store. We’ve looked at similar products on AliExpress, and the shoes retail for around $5 per pair. Tradive sell the slides for €30. This suggests that they are making considerable profit per pair.
  • Discount for Email - If a customer registers for Trandive’s newsletter, they receive a 10% discount. This discount can help encourage customers to buy.
  • Discount at Checkout - At checkout, Trandive offers a 2-for-1 deal. We know that customers who reach the checkout are interested in purchasing the product, and offering them a free product can help increase the cart value.
  • Reviews - Trandive has lots of customer reviews on the site. Adding positive customer reviews helps potential customers trust the product and increase sales.

10. WooLash - Lash Growth Serum

WooLash sells an eyelash growth serum. The serum is applied to the lash line and lashes twice a day. The serum is designed to help lashes grow thicker and longer.

We found WooLash using the Product Database tool and added the store to our Sales Tracker. Dropship shows that the store has generated 2,568 sales in the last 30 days, with an estimated revenue of $194,832.00.

Why do we think WooLash is successful?

  • TikTok - The brand’s own TikTok doesn’t have much engagement. However, TikTok users have created several videos that include the product. Many of the TikToks have hundreds of thousands of views. This has helped spread brand awareness and has likely increased traffic to the site.
  • Discount with Bulk Purchases - WooLash has a discount on bulk purchases. These types of offers work well on cosmetics and other products that are consumed. The discounts are pretty considerable and can help increase the order value.
  • Study and Statistics - WooLash has case studies of the product's performance. This shows that the product is well-researched and gives potential customers trust in the brand and increases sales.

11. Perfectly Snug - Mattress Topper

Perfectly Snug sells a mattress topper. 

The mattress topper has a dual system so that couples can control the temperate for their side of the bed. The topper can be cooled or heated.

We found Perfectly Snug using the Product Database tool and added the store to our Sales Tracker. Dropship shows that the store has generated 116 sales in the last 30 days, with an estimated revenue of $185,334.00.

Why do we think Perfectly Snug is successful?

  • Seasonal Discount Code - Perfectly Snug has a $200 discount code on the website. The code is SUMMER2023. Creating a code that appears time-limited can increase buyer urgency and increase sales.
  • Product Details - We’ve found that the better informed customers are about their purchase, the less likely they are to return. The detailed product pages tell the customer exactly how the product works, so there are no surprises when they receive their order.
  • Comparison Table - Perfectly Snug compares its mattress topper to its competition. If a potential customer is trying to choose which mattress topper is right for them, a visual table is a great way to help them decide. It highlights the benefits and the competitor's shortfalls.
  • Warranty - Perfectly Snug offers a one-year warranty on all purchases. This is essential for high-ticket products as it gives customers peace of mind when they purchase. 

12. WaterWhale - Inflatable Water Lounger

WaterWhale is an inflatable water hammock.

We found WaterWhale using the Product Database tool and added the store to our Sales Tracker. Dropship shows that the store has generated 3,294 sales in the last 30 days, with an estimated revenue of $131,595.30.

Dropship’s Chrome extension tells us that the store was created in June. Since its launch, it has had a high volume of sales. 

However, we expect the sales to be seasonal, which we try to avoid when we look for products. 

By adding the store to the Sales Tracker, we can track the store over time before making any decisions on whether it’s a winning product.

Why do we think WaterWhale is successful?

  • Seasonal - We’ve just seen that WaterWhale launched at the right time. It’s the peak season for WaterWhale, and this is the time that the store will receive the most sales.
  • Imported Reviews - Using the Chrome extension, we see that WaterWhale has two apps installed on its Shopify store for product reviews. The apps import reviews from AliExpress, Amazon, eBay, and several other stores. Positive reviews help potential customers trust the brand and increase the conversion rate.
  • Warranty - WaterWhale has a 30-day money-back guarantee that makes it easy to return the items for a full refund. It also has a one-year warranty. This gives buyers security in case there are any issues with the product.
  • Free Shipping - There is currently a summer promotion available on WaterWhale that offers free shipping. Time-sensitive promotions create buyer urgency and can increase conversion rates.

13. Glady - Hair Removal Tool

Glady is a hair removal tool that also exfoliates the skin. 

It used nanocrystalline technology to detach hair from the skin. 

We found Glady using the Product Database tool and added the store to our Sales Tracker. Dropship shows that the store has generated 3,997 sales in the last 30 days, with an estimated revenue of $132,423.69.

Why do we think Glady is successful?

  • Ads - We can easily see the active ads that Glady is running on Facebook and Instagram by clicking on the FB Ad Library button from Dropship. Looking at the ads, we can guess that this is where most of their traffic is generated.
  • Dropshipping - Dropship’s Chrome extension shows that Gladys has CJDropshipping installed, and this is likely where the product is sourced from.
  • When we search CJDropshipping, it looks like the product is available for around $1 to $8. The product sells at €29.98, giving the seller a considerable profit per piece.
  • Optimized Checkout - Glady’s product page is clear and pushes customers to add the product to their cart.
  • This is done in a variety of ways, including the following:
  • Reviews - Right before the customer adds the product to their cart, they are reminded that the product is rated five stars by other customers. This can increase the product's credibility and make the brand seem trustworthy. 
  • Price Cut - We don’t know whether Glady ever cost  €49.90. But we can suspect that the strike-through price is a marketing tactic. Adding an original and discount price makes customers think they’re bagging a bargain. It can increase the speed at which shoppers checkout as they don’t know how long the offer will last.
  • Free Shipping Note - Telling customers that there are no shipping costs can increase the click-through rate as customers know they won’t be hit with any surprise costs.
  • 30-Day Return Guarantee - Don’t like the product, simply return it in 30 days. Customers don’t feel tied to the purchase and can easily send it back if they don’t like it. This takes the pressure off and can encourage sales.

14. First Secure - Vehicle Emergency Kit

First Secure sells a 90-piece roadside emergency kit. 

The product is available on both Amazon and through the Shopify site.

We found First Secure using the Product Database tool and added the store to our Sales Tracker. Dropship shows that the store has generated 1,556 sales in the last 30 days, with an estimated revenue of $139,884.40.

Why do we think First Secure is successful?

  • Shipping Promotion - First Secure offers a promotion with free shipping with two or more kits. This incentives customers to purchase more than one kit and helps increase the cart value.
  • Multiple Ways to Pay - Multiple payment options make checkout easy, and seeing recognized payment options makes customers feel safe when checking out. 

First Secure allows customers to checkout with their credit or debit card, PayPal, Shop Pay, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and Amazon. There are also a few express checkout options. Express options make the checkout process seamless and have been proven to increase conversions. 

  • Reviews - First Secure sell on Amazon and have over 3,400 reviews. We can see from Dropship’s Google Chrome extension that First Secure has two review apps installed. These apps can import Amazon, Etsy, Facebook, Google, eBay, and AliExpress reviews to any Shopify store. Positive reviews help customers trust the brand.

15. SnugScape - Sofa Covers

SnugScape sells sofa covers in a variety of colors and sizes. 

The cover protects the sofas from damage and easily and cheaply changes the look of a sofa.

We found Snug Scape using the Product Database tool and added the store to our Sales Tracker. Dropship shows that the store has generated 24,899 sales in the last 30 days, with an estimated revenue of $288,123.01.

Why do we think Snug Scape is successful?

  • Price - Snug Scape prices its products between $9.99 and $34.99 per piece. As the prices are fairly low, customers will often purchase without a second thought.
  • Sales Countdown - There is a countdown timer on the sales page with a discount. Adding a sales ending date encourages potential customers to check out quickly before the sale ends. 

Dropship allows us to see the apps a store is using. We can see that they have both Essential Countdown Timer Bar and Amai Sales Countdown Timer Bar installed.

  • Advertising - Several reviews say that they purchased their Snug Scape sofa covers from TikTok and Facebook ads. We can guess that this is where most of their sales came from.

16. Zozofit - Body Scanning Suit and App

ZOZOFIT is a body-scanning suit and app. 

The suit scans a body in 3D and gathers measurements. Progress can then be tracked through the app.

We found ZOZOFIT using the Product Database tool and added the store to our Sales Tracker. Dropship shows that the store has generated 2,150 sales in the last 30 days, with an estimated revenue of $210,700.00.

Why do we think ZOZOFIT is successful?

  • Affiliate Program - Health, wellness, and fitness influences can sign up to join the affiliate program. 

The affiliate program gives affiliates a discount code and rewards any sale with a commission. ZOZOFIT has built an entire team of sellers by incentivizing the promotion of its products. We can see from the hashtag #ZOZOFITpartner on TikTok that there are tons of affiliates already. They are all helping to generate interest in the product and increasing sales.

  • Blog - There are tons of blog posts on all things fitness, exercise, and health. Blog posts can bring traffic to the site in the hopes of converting visitors to customers.
  • Ads - We can check the Facebook and Instagram ads any Shopify store is running in one click from Dropship’s Chrome extension. We can see there are multiple active ads, and we can guess this is how the majority of the sales are generated.

We found The Pocket Perfume using the Product Database tool and added the store to our Sales Tracker. Dropship shows that the store has generated 2,198 sales in the last 30 days, with an estimated revenue of $28,508.06.

Why do we think The Pocket Perfume is successful?

It appears that they do ship internationally. However, to ship to the UK and the US, the shipping costs more than the product. From this, we can assume that the majority of sales are domestic.

Checking the numbers confirms that you really have found a winner.

To do this, you’ll need to know the following:

  • Average selling price (if you’re not sure what this will be yet, check out what your competition is selling for and use their selling price).

  • Product cost (your supplier will provide this) 
  • Shipping cost (either your supplier or shipping agent will provide this)
  • Fees (this could be labor, packaging, labeling, and any seller fees)

You can check your numbers manually by subtracting your costs from your average selling price. This will leave you with the estimated profit.
